Steam Deal = The Last Remnant for 9$!!

I know alot of people hate Japanese RPGS, but this was one that I really enjoyed with its fun, strategic combat and its nice graphics.

For $9.99 its a steal people! 75% off is a really good deal!

Just a heads up for anyone who was looking to get this game when it went on sale!

I can't decide if i should get this. I love RPG's.

It does sound like a good deal but wasn't it on console first so I am wondering if this is another bad port ...

This is one of the best ports ever imo.

It runs and looks better then the 360 version.

its also one of the more polished games in awhile, no tbugs or anything like that.

I mainly like Western RPGS, but this game was tons of fun for me and no there isnt tons of grinding in this game.

If you have a gamepad then it feels like a natural port, kb/m can be a bit awkward at times in my eyes though :-/

The game is pretty good, though it takes some getting used to - and ya need to be 'on your game' even early on. I couldn't get past one early fight for the longest time because I didn't read the hint properly (was using the wrong type of skills) and always ended up dying. I thought it was a 'no win' fight until it booted me to the Load Game screen.

Edit: Just a word of wisdom - do not judge the game by the demo if you play the demo. The demo drops you in with little to no introduction as to whats going on, and you get no tips on how to use your skills etc. You get dropped into the game pretty far down the line (rather than at the very beginning) and it can be frustrating figuring out what to do on your own. The full game introduces you to thinks in logical manner.

Is this a one day only sale? If so, I kinda hate my life cause I don't have the funds in my Paypal account. Curse impulse spending on steam!

Yup I own LO aswell. I feel like LO and Last Remnant are two very underrated jrpgs.
