Steam EPERT needed please

So I preordered FO:NV and now I have NOCLUE how to launch the game. When I go to steampowered.com they let me log in and see my games list and FO:NV is right there on it but I cant launch the game from there. When I run the Steam client it has a buncha useless tabs like Internet, History -- nothing that lets me choose what game I wanna launch. I also didnt get a desktop icon and when I go to Programs>Steam>FO:NV is NOT one of my choices in the games menu.

How the HELL do I launch this game??? Thanks a million if you actually know how...

Open up the steam client and go to 'Library'. The game you purchased should be on the left pane as greyed out if not installed. If it is installed, all you have to do is click on Fallout and then Play Game.
