i can't get on any steam games, am i the only one? been a whole day now and the servers have been consistently "too busy", is this MW2 in action somehow denying me playing l4d? Is it at all connected to steam randomly asking for my password after i click on any of my games?

i could understand it for a few hours, but a whole day gone? don't get much weekend game time left.

cheers.

Try logging out and then back in, or give it some time, This has happened to me, usually happens when a new game comes out

Have you tried deleting the "ClientRegistry.blob" file in the Steam folder? It has fixed many similar problems that I have encountered in the past. Steam will automatically re-download the file upon restart.
