Kaspersky noticed it as a possible threatfor being a shortcut for hackers to hack into my pc (riskware) so that means steam is not safe?

If you look at the steam main page, you can find a list of entire steam community, their specs, how much ram they have, what OS you use and etc.

how do you think Steam knows all the private (your) data?

You opt in or out of the hardware survey when you first install Steam.

Bingo. The Kaspersky warning is a false positive. Make sure Kaspersky is updated. If it is fully updated and you still get that warning, it's time to find a new antivirus app.

Steam is a trojan. It's on so many pc gamer's computers it's disgusting, it's only a matter of time before we're all infected.
