I'll pick up the Splinter Cell Collection, Saints Row 2, and perhaps CoD4 and CoD2.
I might also get some DLC for games I own (such as RO2: Rising Storm), but I don't want to spend more than $20.
If a Payday 2 pre order gets a discount I'm definitely nabbing that.
Â
Â
I just look for the cheapest/most discounted games and then decide if I want them.
I usually will buy most games when they are $5 or under (unless they are a type of game that I absolutely know I will not enjoy).
I am hoping for:
Bioshock Infinite
Metro: Last Light
Far Cry: Blood Dragon
Assorted Indie Titles for dirt cheap
Assorted DLC for dirt cheapÂ

Metro: Last Light Faction Pack DLC coming in July 16 for Steam. And Steam Summer Sale continues for 10 days, and discount may coincide with the DLC package from. Kill two birds with one stone. :P
Im holding out getting the new Civ5 expansion hoping it gets a sale but i doubt it. I would also like Metro last light, Company of Heroes 2 and some Skyrim expansions. But as always ill buy other stuff I may never play.
Found a funny video

If someone buys me chivalry, I'll give you 300 Dota 2 invites.

Hahaha. Nice.
Seriously though, Chivalry is great. I need to get back into it. Haven't played in a while. Keep an eye on both steam and GMG. GMG often discounts Chivalry more than Steam does. They've had in the $10 range several times.

Is this based on this leak?. Make of it what you will, but I'll see it when I see it. :P Last year, it started on July 12th. It could be tomorrow but it could also be next Thursday, Valve Time of course.Elann2008
yes that and the fact that midweek madness ends a couple hours earlier just in time for the steam sale which usually kicks off around 1pm eastern time if i recall correctly

Yeah, I can't wait to see the sales just out of curiosity and it's always cool telling my friends to pick up some good games for good prices. The only games I really want is Sanctum 2, Terraria, and Awesomenauts. This is my first time actually being a PC gamer during a Steam summer sale so I'm pretty excited. I'm just going to keep my eyes out for anything that looks good. Probably have my eye out for Sleeping Dogs and The Walking Dead.

If that's all you're interested in then you missed out dude... I have seen Sleeping Dogs with all DLC for less than $10 multiple times this year and The Walking Dead was on the Humble Indie Bundle only a few weeks back, you could have had it for a penny... Though you'd be a douche to pay that little, but still.
I'm gonna pick the DLCs for Skyrim, nothing else, I hope... ;)
Mauro_Rosati
planning to get Legendary Edition myself if it goes on sale.
e: and it's already 11th day 9:30 AM in here so come on >: (

Both Sleeping Dogs and Walking Dead are on sale on amazon
Good Advice for people: Always check the deal when it starts because I believe Steam like to "Accident" low price on a game for a really, really low price. But you have only like 5-10mins to buy it before they "correct" the price :)
There is not many game I want to buy this year Summer Sale but I hope for Baldurs Gate Enc. Edition on sale again but cheaper than last sale :P.

In case you don't know, they still have to run through Uplay. Even steam versions. If you've got them on steam, you'll just have to use steam to open uplay.

Actually you had to beat the average to get Walking Dead, so you had to pay generally around $5, which is still a good deal.[QUOTE="Redick_is_Magic"][QUOTE="Elann2008"]Is this based on this leak?.
