steam UI update... but no news for macs?

Hey guys,

Steam just put up a link on their page about a new UI update with all sorts of new features but there's one feature i really care about and it has to do with the system requirements. which are listed as

Windows XP, Vista, or 7 . 256 MB RAM
1 Ghz or faster processor . 1GB HD space (recommended)
Internet connection (broadband recommended)

No OSX and they don't mention it under any of the steam changes! how can they be bringing steam to OSX this month and have an ad about steam updates but not mention OSX at all? We are in April and we've got no release date. I'm beginning to doubt that it will be released this month. What do you guys think?

well thats definitely good news. i applied. so if they are getting beta apps in april i doubt there will be a full release this month. but we'll see. thanks dude.

thanks eminem. they are working on portal 2 before HL3. so you are just gonna have to sit tight. that ones gonna be a while.

They need to be working on getting Episode 3 out. Not worrying about Mac users.millerlight89

idk what the deal is with portal, sure I played it and beat it in one sitting, didnt take long at all. Don't understand what all the fuss is about, kinda fun I guess but not that fun. w/e
