I have had steam for a year now and a Wireless USB, but when i check how fast the download it is, the Max is 300KB/s. i have an ADSL +2 modem but it is being used on my other PC at 750KB/s.

The download is at 75KB/s now with the USB

What is the Best Download setting for a Dodo 3G wireless USB in Australia.

3g gives terrible speeds. From my experience with it you wont be getting any speeds faster than that.

Use your boradband or get a better provider. My dodo stick got 200-300kb/s speeds, and my telstra stick got 500kb/s speeds. Also depends on your area.

Ahh that's the problem, I live in a rural area, that's why. Yeah I think I should buy a wireless router, does netgear n300 sound good? And can I connect this direct to a phone line near my laptop or does it need an ADSL modem?
