Stereo receiver under 100$,possible?

Ordered SMSL 25WX2 TA2021B A1 amp over eBay 2 months ago but never received it...so,I'm trying to get a refund on that.So,might as well put some more on the amp this time. I need to power up my Fluance SX6 and DB150 subwoofer(a pre-out for that would be sweet) for my PC. I'm aware of audiocanuckmart but there are barely any items for sell in Quebec. I'm also aware of vintage\older receiver\amp on kijiji\craiglist but I don't have any way to tell if they're any good...

Pioneer A109 is £100 in the UK, but i can't seem to find any on amazon.ca

If you wanted something similar to what you tried to order off ebay, just get a new T-amp from Solen.ca.
