This may seem like a problem for the GW2 forums or something, but it doesnt appear to happen to anyone else. Im Having problems when playing Guild Wars 2 where a texture will stretch across the screen and cause an instant of white area then go back to normal. I have turned V-Sync on and off with no change. I have enabled/disabled triple buffering but it doesnt change. Even with minimal graphics it happens. I would link a screenshot to better explain but it happens so fast i cant capture it. I would love some help so i can get rid of this annoyance.

I forgot too mention that i've been playing this game for ~6 months and the tearing started today. I have reason to believe that it is possible to fix. Well, at least i hope it is.

u could try cleaning the gpu. use compressed air. this comes in a number of forms an air compressor, compressed air cans (they sell em all over even @ wal-mart) and finally if u have a vaccum with a reverse suction mode if you empty it before hand this can also work (though not as gud).

also try re-installing drivers, let us know if either of these fails to fix it

Ok, i may have fixed it. It seems that my default underclock i use to fix this in skyrim and other games went back to the original 740 Mhz instead of my 680 Mhz i put it at. I am updating msi afterburner now to combat any future problems. Thanks for your help, i appreciate you using your time to help me out. If i have further problems i will inform you. Unless you say otherwise.

It depends on the drivers. With my old GTX 580, I get nearly 60fps most of the time unless there's like 30 players on the screen all using spells and what not, it might drop to 30-40fps.
