So one day I tried changing my taskbar and theme black with royal noir, for windows XP (worked fine with friends PC) so I downloaded the file and clicked it, it showed up and I applied theme. the theme changed and was stuck on classic view. In Appearances it shows XP theme, when I try to change it it says the visual themes cannot be applied, Any help?
