i kept on having prombles with my graphics card..... i would constantly get a nv4_disp blue screen i figured that had something to do with nvdia display.....so i decided to take a look at it and make sure everything was pluged in tight. i look at it and it turns out that there was some orange stuff coming out of these grey tube like things as if they exploded out or somethin....what could have caused this?......and also could this have happened because i switced my old ram to new ram with more MHz? maybe my comp couldn't handle the more MHz or something?

How good of ventilation do you have? I'm assuming you just explained exploded capacitors?

Did they look like this? If so, yourcard got cooked!

well my ac has been broke for quite a while(house has been above 90 past couple of days). So it has nothing to do with the new ram right.

Yea, nothing to do with your new RAM. Is the card under warranty? It is possible your card had defective capacitors. I've seen many makes of PC's that have had that kinda issue...*cough* DELL *cough*. GX270's exploded all over the place, thousands!. But yea, call your manufacturer if its under warranty, get that thing replaced (or at least try).

Keep your PC well venitlated though, make sure it is getting good airflow and not sitting in some enclosed cabinet or computer desk.
