This is a little off topic but, I ordered some memory off of newegg

I print out the Order Confirmation (Which I have right in front of me BTW). Then when I go to see my status I type in my Account Name and Pasword and it says that I have a wrong pasword or username. Ok, I think to myself, i just forgot the pasword. I know I have the right Email becuase it is the only one I use and it is the one on my Order Confirmation. So, I go to retrive my pasword. When I type in my Email, it says that the Email I entered is not in their records. IT IS RIGHT ON MY ORDER CONFIRMATION!! This is my first time with NewEgg, but I have to say I am not impressed.

the best part about newegg is their customer service. just ask them about it. it could have been likely that they rebooted something and forgot to load accounts at the time. how long ago was that, and have you tried again since?

When did you order? When did you first sign up. If it was just tonight, you might have to wait for it to go through there system. I have never had the first problem with newegg.com

Happened to me too. I hate Dell and Dell PC's can't believe I'm using one =(. I can't even use PCI Express x16...) much less Dell still makes systems that run on PCI! How retarded... Well that's the reason why I hate Dell.

Well I'm not really too worried... I have my order confirmation and its just that I simply can't log on. I've also yet to get an email response regarding the issue.

Update: It works!!! I had the right pasword and username. NewEgg must of fixed the problem! My faith is restored!!

That's not very reassuring. I just ordered a monitor from Dell. I hope I don't have any problems.
