Zalman ZM-MIC 1. It's intended to go with their 5.1 headphones that have been out forever now, which I have. But you don't need the headphones to use it. It works well, and is cheap. Depending on whether I'm playing with headphones or using my speakers, I'll have it clipped to the wire (as intended) or my shirt. With my audio settings adjusted right, it picks up my voice perfectly without the slightest hint of noise from my air conditioner in the window right next to me. I found it here for $5, but it's possible it could be cheaper elsewhere.
