I've been playing SupCom a lot lately, and the computer has gotten to easy, and i beat one of the campaigns and i just want some realy competition. I figure i can try multiplayer knowing theres some koren ready to put my causal gaming skills to shame. But for some reason i made my account, they found i needed updates, and so on but i never saw them download when they said they were. i tried the game a few hours later and now i try to log in to gpg net and it says im logged in. and wont go to the main screen so i can play, what should i do?

1) Don't think Koreans play it ;) It's not Starcraft.

2)GPG net client needs A LOT of patches and the game has about 6 or so (gpg around 18 :|) I really don't know why they don't realease a cumulative patch for them :|, but anyway, if you know it didn't update, go in the task manager and end gpg net, then start it again because the whole updating process is broken, after every patch you need to restart gpg and log in again and so on (be sure to set it to remember your account, it's much faster) and after 24-28 patches or so you will finally be able to play it.

Your problem is only gpg because sometimes the former gpg application didn't close and you run it again and it interferes with your game.

Is Starcraft the only game that Koreans play? That sounds like it would get boring after a while.

Don't think so, but most of the country has Starcraft :) and for them it's something like God. Never try to find somebody that is from Korea to play Starcraft with:P

I think it's because Blizzard can publish their games there, but so few other companies can. I'm sure the Koreans would love all the RTS games from Europe and North America.
