Ah, well it was a balance patch that was released for consoles near the end of 2011. Looks like it was finally added to PC in March.

One other question, did you get a CD key or just a download link through Amazon? I'd have to get a friend in the US to buy it for me, and I'm wondering if I could re-download it off Games For Windows or something if I had the key.

I heard about this before.. so just did a quick search. Looks like the Madcatz PS3 sticks have issues with nForce chipsets. My TE is a 360 stick, so haven't had any issues.. nor with my Hori V3 SA or Mortal Kombat stick. It's so weird that one Madcatz stick has issues.
