Supreme Commander Refresh rate?

I was wondering why under resolution i cant select anything but 60hz refresh. Im using a LCD TV and i get a pretty good flicker with 60hz i run my desktop at 75hz. Does supreme commander lock at 60hz?

I looked at the nvidia control panel and didnt see anything to force refresh rate is there something im missing. thanks

This option syncs the fps to your monitors refresh rate and usually gets rid flickering and screen tearing.
