swtor status question

Last time i played the Black Hole daily area was the latest thing added, i did hear their would be a new planet coming that you

could quest on and the level cap would be raised, this happened yet? Or has their been anything new brought out the past couple of months?

I want to ask a question of my own: Can SWTOR be downloaded and played for free right now? If someone could link me to the download page that would be awesome. For some reason I found SWTOR's site really hard to navigate. My browser has been acting up lately.

It's free to a certain level I believe (like a trial), but Jango is correct. It will add a Free 2 Play Model this fall, in the next 2 months.

The F2P Model will be a bit limiting in some aspects, so be aware of that.

Uhm, I think he meant to say the first 30 days are free not 30 months.

The Black Hole Commendations update also had a new raid, Explosive Conflict...

There was also a new flashpoint...

Then a few weeks back they put out another new raid, Terror From Beyond...

The next patch is on the test server right now and includes a lot of the F2P stuff like Cartel Market, I don't know if F2P is launching with that update, but I would assume so... Also adds a new companion.

They also added a couple of new world bosses.

Also crafting was refined and a lot of the crewskills do new things or old things better...

Also the talent trees of pretty much every class have been changed a lot from update to update...

...this is a funny realization. The trial is more open than the f2p option :lol:
