System spec - Left 4 Dead 2

Hi I am not sure If this is the right forum for my question or not, so sorry if it isnt.

I was wondering if my Pc could play left 4 dead 2, it could play the first one with good framrate on medium settings I think. Though I heard they Toned the graphics up, and i dont really want to play the game on Low.

specifications;

Vista Home Premium,AMD Triple core processor, 3GB DDR2 2.20 GHz, 8200 Nvidia GeForce.

Please say if this isnt enough information.

What you really need is a new graphics card. The 8200 is terrible. Even an old 8800 GT would be many times faster
