I'm sick of being stabbed in the back by invisible spies through no fault of my own. tcarruth
How is it any different than being shot in the back of your head through no fault of your own, or killed by some camper? I play as heavy so I feelthe effect of spiesmore than any other class. And it really pisses me off. But all games have stuff like that. I just take it in my stride and enjoy it all the more when I kill one of the bastards.
No well equipped player is really thatfast, you alwaysfeel like you are running around in lead boots.tcarruth
I think this is a good thing - it means players are easier to hit, which means there's a lower barrier to entry for new players. I'm a pretty decent shot, but it always drove me nuts in other online games how people could score headshots at 200 yards on moving targets. By makig it 'easier', they're levelling the playing field - which means more fun for more people.
On the vast majority of servers there is hardly any real 'team play'.tcarruth
I am yet to play on a server that isn't all about team play. Granted, I play on clan servers with some very good people, people who like playing in teams. My advice would be to find a couple servers you like, find people you like, and stick with them. The servers I play on have regulars, people who visit only those servers, and everyone knows everyone. By name and playstyle if not personally.
Its quite boring... for some reason.. dunno. tcarruth
If you aren't enjoying it, you really shouldn't be looking for people to tell you that you're wrong. No one can tell you what you should like, or why you should like it. One thing I will suggest is that if you haven't tried all the classes - do so. Finding a class that works for you is the most important thing about TF2. I got lucky first try, with the heavy.
