Yes, two or three times. TF2 on the PC is in a whole other league compared to the console versions. New content, dedicated servers, 24-40 player caps, full Valve instant update support, intense firefights that wouldn't be possible with 16 people, better overall cIass balance when you can have at least one person as every cIass on a team.
I was in the same scenario as you. The user base for PC is much higher and patches roll out just like that. I liked it a lot on X360, I love it a lot more on PC.
Most definetly, I'd repeat what foxhound said if you wanted the reasons why, and I don't think the new content is coming for consoles.
Oh, and, just return your copy of OB cuz it was way cheaper on Steam anyway, I still can't believe games are 60 bucks on consoles, and they say PC gaming is expensive :?

I think a general consensus has been reached, but I'll still cast my vote: yes. I haven't played it much in a while, but the King of the Hill game type is fun and frantic. There are plenty of servers and plenty of people that still play the game, so just pick a class and a game type you might like and jump straight into the action. (I'm not much good at it but just enjoy the inherent humor in the game.)
