Team Fortress Servers?

Ok so whenever I go into a server, none of the people there have steam icons except me. Also, hardly anyone talks, and when they do talk they speak english like they are foreigners.

What happened to all the steam players?

i think its a bug from the update.

I was about to make a thread for this, but i have a problem when i search all servers hardly no servers about 3 in my region then when i go to my favorates tab ill see all my favorites i added before the patch and they are up and running but they do not show up on the server browser when i seach all. I have checked my filters.
