so actually, all i have to do is delete my mods, get my backups and copy then one by one to see which one causes the crash?? btw, if i havent said this before, i tried it without mods too and it still crashed :I

I would uninstall the game and reinstall it if you're still having problems. Backup any savegames and delete the entire Oblivion folder when you're reinstalling the game. Then be sure to install all of the latest patches. And make sure that you're using OBMM when you install any mods. Make sure that you're using the archive invalidation features in OBMM. I hope that this helps...

Have you uninstalled the game completely, and deleted the entire oblivion folder? When you install again it crashes? without mods?
Edit: Also what illmatic87 said. Delete the fallout.ini
