I would uninstall the game and reinstall it if you're still having problems. Backup any savegames and delete the entire Oblivion folder when you're reinstalling the game. Then be sure to install all of the latest patches. And make sure that you're using OBMM when you install any mods. Make sure that you're using the archive invalidation features in OBMM. It is a bit hard to understand you. Have you uninstalled the game completely, and deleted the entire oblivion folder? When you install again it crashes? without mods?
