Test Drive Unlimited help !

 Well.. I got Test Drive Unlimited today. and installed it... This game is extremely buggy..  on my computer anyways.. and it won't work properly. Its very choppy... the game freezes for a few seconds, then i end up in a wall... I have searched for patches but have not found any... Can i get some help ?
