That thing for wired mice?

Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone knew what those things are called that you put your mouse wire on

You clip your mouse to something and it stretches out so when you move the mouse, it gives so your mouse wire doesn't drag and stuff.

I've tried searching on newegg and google, but couldn't find it at all

I only remembered seeing it at someone's house
