The best and cheapest Gaming PC?

I am thinking of getting a pc to play games but want to spend the least amount of money to get the best gaming experience I can. I would like to have vista and a pc that can play the newest games but the pc doesn't have to push out the best graphics.

I don't know to much about pcs ( i have friends that will help ) but i am willing to build or buy. I don't have a set amount of money but would like to get the best out of any thing under 600. that is for every thing from computer to monitor. I can spend more if i need to.KingCilladi

I asssume you already have a case/monitor/m+kb since you posted this thread from your own computer I imagine. If you dont, you'll need about $800+ like the above poster said.
