I am thinking of getting a pc to play games but want to spend the least amount of money to get the best gaming experience I can. I would like to have vista and a pc that can play the newest games but the pc doesn't have to push out the best graphics.

What is your exact budget? And, are you gonna build the PC yourself, or are you gonna buy it pre-built.

You really should ask this question in the Hardware forum.

I don't know to much about pcs ( i have friends that will help ) but i am willing to build or buy. I don't have a set amount of money but would like to get the best out of any thing under 600. that is for every thing from computer to monitor. I can spend more if i need to.

You probably going to have to spend around $700-$900 if you want to get a monitor with that.

600? Wow that's really low, that's like upgrades for me. Maybe you should just get a barebone kit. If you don't know what they are go to tigerdirect.com or newegg.com and check them out for yourself.

Also this is not a hardware forum.

Sorry but you get what you pay for. A high end gaming rig will cost you around 3 grand, give or take. If you can't afford that then you will have to sacrifice power to fit in line with your budget. Building it yourself can lessen the price but obviously if you mess up or something doesn't work you won't have any tech support.

675$ +S/H

I asssume you already have a case/monitor/m+kb since you posted this thread from your own computer I imagine. If you dont, you'll need about $800+ like the above poster said.
