Hi

I bought a copy of The Club for PC a few days ago (It was on sale and liked bizzare creations previous games). I have been playing Single Player for a number of days and thought that I would at least see if my slowish internet would work online okay. (In TF2 and CSS my latency is over 400) When I created my free Live account it asked me for a cd key, I searchedaround the box but there wasnt any sign of one. I called up the shop and told them that the game didn't have a cd key and theysaid that there wasn't any other copies. So im kinda screwed and stuck on Single player for the club. Is this just me or have anyone else got problems with the CD-Key.

Thanks

I bought a copy of CSS from Walmart once and all the cards with the code on them were blank. Sometimes the factory mistprints the boxes/areas with the code. Send an email to the publisher (or however they handle tech support) with a digital picture of your game box, the DVD, and your receipt (all in the same picture). If they don't send you a new code, which they should, take the email to the store and demand a refund.

Not really the reply I was looking for as Sega is bring a B**** but I will try again. Last time Sega flat out accused me of lying as I had run out of Bandwidth and couldnt show any photos.

Also I can assure you it is not anywhere on the box and because its games for windows live I also want to register it on my account so I can have a gamerscore etc

There was a manufacturing problem, most copies didn't come with a key. They gave them for free to anyone last year, so the game was a massive sales flop (which sucks, because it's awesome).

Now you have to contact SEGA's support for one.

They forgot to print the cd keys on the manuals so Sega set up a website to give out free cd keys. This meant people could torrent the game and then get a legal cd key for nothing. Sega must've taken a big hit on that one. I don't think the website is still running so you'd have to email Sega perhaps

LOL, I didn't know that, must've been hard for SEGA.
