Humans vs Demons and Scrin o_0 the Combies are so lame they would die if they hear about something like this and if we consider demons to be immortal, well aliens wouldn't stand a chance, but if the aliens have some sort of technology that allows them to be recreated then they'll fight for thousands and thousands of years, but if we consider demons to be born from the depths of the earth :P the Scrin would just destroy the earth.
As for wich one's cooler, well Scrin are pretty, Combines are the lamest thing that happened to the world of gaming (except for the fact that I get sick when I play HL 1 or 2, the combines are mostly to blame for ruining the game for me) and the demons would be the best and coolest :P.
The Combine destroyed the combined might of Earth's military in 7 hours. I can't help thinking that time would be cut down... slightly, if they all invaded at once. I can imagine there would be a lot of infighting, with the Combine coming out on top (and with a massively bigger army), as I see it.
Then I would kill them all. Now think about this...
What if Earth was attacked by a bunch of demonized Combine soldiers riding giant deathclaws that shoot acid out of their eyes and had Nazi Akrid/Scrin hybrids with nuke launchers on their backs as pets and all of the Earth creatures that could lift more than a leaf were frozen in carbonite????
Then I would kill them all. Now think about this...
