Which are the games which you were not able to complete due to some reason, either due to glitches in game, Repetitive gameplay, Unbearable content, never ending game span, frustrating controls or the most important of em a mastermind AI. Please specify names.

for me Just Cause is one of these so repetitive and very hard to beat at that powerplant destruction level. The control and Rico's movements also are not refined.

Mass effect.

The sound is beyond broken and their latest patch didn't fix it for me. Sometime soon i'll try and upgrade my driver again and see if that fixes it but i'm really discouraged about it.

I've never had more technical issues with a game.

Prototype. I think I'm somewhere near the end. The game just got so boring that I never bothered finishing it.

Assassin's Creed. Got about 5-6 hours in and found it to be crushingly dull and repetative. At least it only cost me $11 on Steam.

Homeworld. It was this game along with Duke Nukem that taught me to ignore the supposedly professional game reviewers and stick with recommendations from people I know and trust. I absolutely hated the game. I think I only played the first three missions before deleting the thing in disgust. First and only game I paid full price for and never completed.

Far Cry 2 for the reasons stated above. Dungeon Siege 2 for also, those same reasons. The Witcher because I was near the end and the game glitched. I got stuck in a spot I couldn't get out, so I just quit. As good as that game was, I find it very hard to get motivated to restart such a long game.

age of empires 3, company of heroes, starcraft. I am bad at rts and usually get stuck then give up

far cry 2 . I think the game is fun to run around and blow people up, but the boring missions give me no reason to finish it

fear. I dont know why i just never finished it

morrowind. the game has so much to do to keep me from finishing the main quest and plus I made a new character and accidenly quick saved over my higher level characters quicksave

stalker. I got pretty far into the game but then I reformatted my computer and started over with stalker complete 2009, the problem is it crashes my game so I never finished that

fallout 2. I got to the very last boss guy then just never finished it. I have no idea why because i'm right at the end

Oblivion. I start it, get excited about a new character, start finding more and more mods to enhance the game and then eventually break it after only playing a few hours. I honestly spend more time finding/downloading mods than I do playing. Inevitably some mods conflict and I'm unable to figure out what is messing up so I just put the game back on the shelf until I feel willing to do a clean wipe of it and try again. I've done it about 4 times now.

Dawn of War-I'm not a big fan of RTS's and there were so many other good new FPS's to play so I gave up, also because it was 4 years old.

HOMM V- Interesting gme but my computer got wiped (so frustrated that I forgot to save the saves) and I have yet to restart the game.

Crysis- Played it on my brother computer but this time HIS computer was wiped.

Assasins Creed- I do not see how that game got five stars, it was too boring to continue. May be fun at first but......

Star Wars Battlefront 2- Got wiped with HOMM V but I didn't care too much as it's funner to play instant action or on the net, with that game.

Fallout 3, Prototype, Far Cry 2, and Assassin's Creed all became far too boring to continue playing, so I never finished these. I also never finished Drakensang, as it became too tough... I'm not much of an RPG player. I may pick that one back up, though. Those are the most recent ones that I can think of at the moment.

Never finished Bioshock (gameplay is bad, however intruiging the story is),

GTA4 (was ported too bad to play),

Hellgate London (there are better rpgs),

Quake 2,

Morrowind (it's just way too long, but I enjoyed the 150+ of gameplay I've put into it)

DoW Winter Assault SP (don't particularly like Eldar or the Imperial Guard)

Call of Cthulu (was not too interesting/ I didnt have the time)

probably been more but thats some of 'em

HL2 EP 2 - im in the process of finishing it...sort of, whenever im bored i play it. i havent played it in 2 months though.

Dead Space - another in the process, but horror games scare me

Bioshock - scary game for me my heart starts pounding after a half hour and i have to stop

Crysis - sure, its pretty, but i dont have a good enough computer to get the full picture, so im waiting for my new desktop to play it.

Sins of a Solar empire - couldnt figure out how to play it

Witcher - never had so many tech problems. fixed them all, but it took over 6 hours. also i dont like clickfests.

Wolfenstien - runs bad for some reason, it is fun though so im waiting for my desktop

oblivion - BOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG.... i liked messing with mods though.

assassins creed - loved it but was busy with school

far cry 2 - more boring than oblivion

I am surprised that none of you mentioned Gothic 3:x, what a bad game, we never can find what and what not to do.I think the programmers when making the game sure would have lost a great part of their mind. What I mean is to program such a game would have resulted in loss of mind.:)

Project: Snowblind. It got kind of dull near the end and I never brought myself to beat it.

Fable: The Lost Chapters. It's still installed, and I guess I'll beat it at some point.

Unreal II: The Awakening. Got to the mission where you protect your team while they repair the ship. It was really hard and I gave up at some point, but it was many years ago. I recently reinstalled the game and I think I'll beat it this time.

You Are Empty - when I got to the opera house mission it started stuttering and I quit it, suddenly realizing I've been playing eight hours of pure scheisse.

Dungeon Siege. One again I got to a part where I got stuck with Zombies attacking from all direction and keeping killing my donkies, so I quit it. The game is highly addictive, but also highly repetitive.

WarCraft III: Reign of Chaos. It was my first RTS and I got a bit frustrated with the mission where you have to kill 100 zombies and prevent this lord of darkness to raise 100 zombies. I quit it right there.

Oblivion - I don't think it's a bad game per se, but at the time it was a combination of tiring of it and the suckage of life. Uninstalled it. The thought of starting from the beginning is not appealing

GTAIV - I've had a hard time with GTA games, but this one is more accessible. I like it but I'm taking a long break. I expect to finish it one day in bits and pieces

ASSassins Creed - Complete disappointment of a game and I was looking forward to it. I didn't even get too far into it before becoming totally tired of it. I doubt I'll ever pick it up again

Fallout 3 - Good game. I expect to finish one day, but can only take it in doses.

NWN2 Storm of Zehir - I love NWN and this game had it's moments. I stopped very late in the game. Ultimately, it's kind of meh and the economic aspect just doesn't play out well.

Fable 1, Mass Effect, San Andreas! There are also the games I am currently playing in my sig that clearly I haven't finished. Also, I never plan to complete a footy game as I only get them for the multiplayer !! ie. PES2009 I'll never 'complete'

EDIT: Almost forgot oblivion! I love this game and go through phases of liking it, and the last time I played it was about a month ago for a week. That was on my 360 and now that I have a gaming PC I'll probably never play it unless someone can tell me the graphics on the PC are significantly better to make it worth a purchase?

Gothic 3. First because it was so buggy. And then when the community sorted almost all the bugs in the game, it became clear that the combat was utterly terrible. So I just gave up and went back to Oblivion.

I strongly agree with that, it was a total bore and it didnt even bother to mkae the player to play it further... there are many borring games but atleast they just say "go thee to progress the game" Gothic 3 didnt even have that, after a while you lost interest.

I liked just exploring in Gothic 3 though. It has one of the best designed worlds I've ever seen in an RPG. The combat is what ruined it for me.

- IL2, great game but it sucked with keyboard mouse.

- RE4 PC, I probably got through 2% of the game. I controls were annoying.

- Oblivion, beat the main quest but the game was not that fun for me. I have the GOTY edition, so I'll probably try playing the extra quests at some point

- HAWX, horrible triggers, terrible AI and it was repetitive.

There are a lot more games I haven't finished, but that's because I lack dedication - not because the game was bad.

Medieval II Total War. I installed it and all the addons that came with it. Started the game and quickly was reminded how much time these games require. It was also too similar to Rome TW that I have a hard time convincing myself to spend alot of time playing essentially the same game. I still could play it some day if I suddenly get the urge.

The original Far Cry, as it became too frustrating in the later levels. Also Thief 3, got towards the end then just stopped for no reason.

I didn't finish Quake 4, because it got kinda dull after being Strogified. Didn't finish Timeshift because I got stuck xd Didn't technically finish Oblivion because the main quest sucked. I did all the side-quests though. Didn't finish American McGee's Alice...Not sure why. I liked that game xD
