The Movies

How was The Movies. I ment to get this when it went down in price, then forgot. Then I went through Steam and found it there for 20 bucks. Is it worth it?

Keep in mind I have no interest in Machinima or making my movies on it (im a filmmaker/freelance video artist, I get enough of it at work) I just like the idea of a strategy/management type game in the studio system.

If you're into The Sims and generally find The Sims too easy, you'll probably like it.

Its decent, but i found it to be too much micromanagement for too littlle gain. The stars areso whiny and demanding. Felt more like a job taking care of their needs than a game. But despite that it can be fairly enjoyable.

I'd definitely recommend checking out the demo if there is one.
