Does anyone know if The Movies can run on Vista?

I've had some problems with games in the past on Vista and I'm looking to buy this one, so if anyone knows please let me know.

Yes, I have the movies on vista, along with the expansion, and it works perfectly. I haven't notices any drop in frame rate even with the graphics at their best. This is an awesome game and after about a year I am still playing it.

I'd be really interested to know how to get it to work, movies + expansion is one of my most favourite games and since upgrading to Vista32 i've not been able to play it :( *sniff*

VISTA sucks, there is a homepage dedicated to this. Anyway, my kids have been playing Sims & Sims2 for a while, and I bought them "The Movies" and also the first "Action-expansion-pack". (They seem to be very similar.)

We installed on my Acer Aspire (AMD64 X2 4200+, ATI Radeon X1650SE, 2GB Ram, Vista Home Premium) and had no problems, runs like sh-t off a shiny showel. Known fact is that Vista has many "security"-issues, preventing people to install and run whatever they want. First thing to do if problems occur is to reboot without ANY autostart objects running.
