The new unlock system is clearly biased towards the sandvich

i've unlocked one huntsman and THREE sandviches

i've heard others have found even more sandviches and nothing else

At least you got some items,I only have the cloak and dagger and duplicated bonk. Two items in 12 hours.

10 Hours Played, so far i got:

The Ambassador x1

Flare Gun x2

Kritz x2

Boxing Gloves x2

Backburner x 2

Ubersaw x2

Bonk! x1

Sandvich x 4 (im hoping to open my own sandvich shop at the rate im getting these things)

i just want the Huntsman

i think it does with the lvl since sandvich is lvl 1 and the good new stuff is higher lvl.mayforcebeyou

At least there's not 7 spies running around now.

My brother has 3 KGB's, 2 Sandviches, and one extra Buetslaughter (sp?)

He has unlocked nothing new but the Cloak and Dagger and Jarate.

This system is meh.

i just got two more sandviches and an extra axtinguisher. oh come on valve!

So farI have found:

1x Backburner

1x Axetinguisher

1x blutsauger

1x Sandman

1x Force-a-nature

I've gotten cloak and dagger, dead ringer, and a bunch of duplicates (including 3 bonks), blah, all I want is the huntsman!

I still haven't gotten any unlocks.:(

Finally lol! I just gotten the flare gun. Pretty decent weapon IMO.

20+ hours played since the update and I've got 0 (zero) unlocks so far, not even duplicates. The new system is great only for new players (weekend deal players). :x

Team Fortress 2. I think this new unlock system may be useful if implimented correctly. It helps the people out there (like me!) who were having difficulty in getting the various achievements needed previously. At the moment it does seem a bit random though.

About 7.4 hours and no duplicate items here. One huntsman, flaregun, blutsauger, ubersaw, bonk energy drink, sandman, and new spy watch. (haven't really played TF2 much so this is the first time getting this stuff)

By the way, how is an item found? I mean, I know is random, but suddenly a message appears saying "hey, you found this", you are walking and something pops in front of you or what?

i just got an extra krits and an ubersaw. i don't play medic enough to have gotten to milestone 3, so i'm actually quite happy about finding the saw

A message appears at the bottom. Like where the text goes when you chat. Saying (lets say you got the huntsman) "*Your Name* Found: Huntsman" Then when you die a box pops up asking if you want to equip it, to whatever class the weapon falls under.

I got 3 the other day. 2 Jarates and a duplicate ubersaw.

I don't understand. This game requires more time than WoW to get items. I SERIOUSLY don't understand why they can't just give us the unlocks. It'd solve too many people playing as the classes (they'd get over it in a day). It'd solve frustration for newer players who can't do achievements. It'd make EVERYONE happy. Valve, do you seriously think people are going to 'trade' forever. Once they get their items, they'll blow it off as a nuisance. The only thing worth trading is the hats.

Buff the Ambassador too. It's a PoS that looks good. Kinda like American sports cars. I mean it deals less damage than the revolver... I thought it was supposed to be a "hand cannon." It seems more like a "hand sanitizer."

i was just on a server where 5 different peoplegot 5 different hats in a row, i was just going to idle there but got disconnected :(

I have played about 10 hrs for real and been on an idle server for about 20 hours. I got 2 razorbacks and dead ringer new.. 2 Bonk! 2 FAN 3 Sandman, 1 Blutsauger and 1 sandvich. All of which I had already.
