For Puzzels and Mysteies you could try L.A norie.

SKyrim has a lot of mysteries and puzzels too. It's also dark and suspending.

Maybe a more dark and suspending game would fit my needs better.NeverHeart

darksiders and darksider 2 are very interesting. Its not really a puzzle game but its based on a dark theme. I really enjoyed darksiders and cant wait for 2!
