The new sims looks like a well good game, i was watching a video of it on the internet i i couldent belive the amount you can coustmize your sims by.

I mean you can make vegitariens, people who hate the outdoors. I really love the ide of this new aspiration system, and the online features llok great such as the feature to up load movies that you create with the movie tool. MAZING!

Shame there's only one seamless neighborhood, and the fact that you cant make your own neighborhood kinda sucks too

But still, only like a month left to wait

I think EA is going one step in the right direction by using the traditional CD key activation instead of invasive DRM like before. There is not real benefit in the CE, you could buy a six gig flash drive at walmart for the 20 bucks extra you'd spend on the collectors edition, which comes with a 2 gig one.

I'm still very skeptical. The game sounds like it could probably use another 6-months of development and polishing up from what I've read. It may end up a being a great sequel, but I wouldn't get my hopes up just yet...

What comes with the CE edition? I am thinking of getting The Sins 3. It will be my first time playing The Sims. I figure this is something me and my girl can play together.

Will be same as all maxis game. They release very watered down versions then release 10 expansions to make it a full game.

Your forgetting the EA download manager that is required to update it. Guess what that has?

CURSE YOU EA, WHY MUST YOU FORCE THIS UPON US! But I really don't care because I already have it on my comp from Spore. CURSE YOU EA, WHY DID YOU PUT IT ON IN THE FIRST PLACE!

Why can't we just get updates the old fashioned way?

I'm not even remotely interested in the Sims after the whole adware and securom deal in 2. The issue here is they are trying to decieve fans with a fallacy, sure the game is securom free but to update it you have to install securom. I am sort of suprised people don't just crack the updates and put them on one of various sites like they do with no-cds or removing drm (not saying where for obvious reasons; just using it as a point moderators).
