The Witcher not loading near end.

I have had The Witcher for a while and played up to chapter 2 before i got sick of the load times. I just got the 1.4 patch and installed it and i was playing fine. I went to boot it up today and everytime i go to load a save game it loads then stops loading just near the end. Please help!

No idea, but you should definitely get patch 1.5 and the Director's Cut patch (the latter if you want uncensored sex cards... it might also do other things, not sure).

Who knows? Patch 1.5 might resolve your issue (though I'm sure there's another way, else more people would have complained before the patch was released).
