they should treat pc gamers better

I agree, it's quite annoying that most developers idea of a good strategy is to make a console game primarily and then port it to PC, even with simultanious releases. I've got no issue with a console game being ported, just as long as it isn't a straight port. You get some PC games that just feel "console", the design ideas are so ingrained in the style and feel of the game it just feels wrong on a PC. Good examples are Tomb Raider Legends, Fable and Lost Planet. Each of these games just have something missing that primarily PC games have.

It is nice to see some developers going out of their way to make sure PC gamers are taken care of though, like Epic with Gears of War. I understand that they have been working quite hard to make sure the control system with mouse and keyboard feels natural, but I'd like to see for myself to be honest.

It would be nice if more developers took the PC platform more seriously and put more effort into PC versions but I don't think it will happen. We'll just have to be happy with the few that do and just avoid the pap.

Halo 2 has the Xbox buttons but you can still use the mouse to select whatever. I fail to see how that can bother anyone.

well halo 2..other games no..i mean i bought lost planet and was so pissed so see a XBOX controller in controll settings..and everything in game is press b or x or sumtin

So you can't use a mouse? How does that work if you have no controller?

It's an Xbox port though.

i can but everything in game in like press b..but by b it means xbox b so in keyboard its R..but my total point is they dont put that much effort into pc games when they port it
