Thinking of picking up a RTS game but cant decide

Im thinking of picking up Warcraft 3 + Expansion or Company of Heroes, i played both these games befor and owned them, reason why i didnt keep CoH is because when the game was first out it was unreasonably hard to play the game, there were many bugs and things that needed tweaking and i never played it since, and Warcraft 3 i cannot find the game discs anymore and i loved the game but im afraid that its going to be hard as everyone is good at it now and thers not alot of strategy.

thats a pretty hard choice, their both great games. and everyone is insanly good on warcraft.

It sounds like you have beaten Warcraft 3 already so you might as well get Company of Heroes. I think I like WC3 a little more though.

I can't see why you can't get both. Warcraft and expansion can probably run you 10 bucks on ebay, and COH is discounted if you buy it on Steam.

However, I'd say get COH if you had to pick one.

Well i was thinking of buying CoH on Steam but i just like to had the physical copy in my hands at all times and have the Game Discs ready to install isnted of me downloading the game again when i format and also the problem of someone takeing my CD Key as this happened with NWN 2 from fileplanet but they did give me a new one. as for WC3 i think my brother has it some where in his house but anyways i think my bro will buy CoH soon anyways, and i like to see alot of destruction and realistic graphics so im kind of leaning towards CoH now

You'll enjoy it. The difficulty is daunting at first, sure, but it's the result of game mechanics that are deeper and richer than the average RTS can manage. Frustrating for a bit, yes, but a good payoff down the road. You'll spend many, many hours developing techniques that suit you.
