And i need some tips, ive saved around £900 from the last 6 months or so, and im in the uk so its really expensive to buy parts, but ive been using overclockers.co.uk and put some parts together, before i order i wanted feedback and tips to help me, ive got the general idea of how to build a computer but its the cables that will pretty much set me back i think.

You will need to pick a different motherboard, specifically one with a LGA1156 socket. The motherboard you have picked out right now is for the Core i7 series of CPUs and you have a Core i5 CPU picked out right now.

Great, thanks for pointing that out, saved me £70

Something like this right ? Gigabyte GA-H55M-UD2H Intel H55 (Socket 1156) DDR3 microATX Motherboard

And about the cables, i meant from the power supply to all the connectors on the motherboard, and like the sata cables, its really the only part i know ill have trouble with, confusing.

That motherboard should work fine, and microatx mobos fit just fine inside of atx cases. Though you might be surprised at how small the microatx motherboard will look inside of an atx case. The only drawbacks of microatx mobos is that they usually have a limited number of expansion slots. That one for instance only has 2 pci slots and 2 pcie slots. And since you graphics card is a dual slot card you lose one of your two pci slots right off the bat. So just plan ahead, if you will want to put more than one of either a sound card, wifi card, raid controller, or anything else that requires a pci slot in later, then you might want to consider looking for an ATX form factor mobo.

You can't use that GPU or PSU in that list...

The GPU is on pre-order and the PSU they have no ETA on when you can purchase it.

Hard to build a PC with parts you don't have.

u can not purchase the psu right but gfx is aviable, since u can preorder it new psu i would wait till friday to see if they card will be aviable again, if yes then order if not take a card which are aviable, i think he/she collects some ideas what we would build if we must build now, it does not mean that he will order the parts now

Changed it around now with some advice from a friend, its total is currently £912, That card i specified up there was on pre order so i scratched it off, i dont mind giving an extra £100 or so for a better gfx card or something, but this one will be just fine for me because as it stands im currently using a 8600GT for most games so whatever card i use would give me a huge difference.

Thanks for all your replies, Also i would only use the gfx card and my sound card/ethernet card which are pci, would i really need a bigger motherboard ?

You only need a 4GB kit. That motherboard is meant for DUAL channel RAM, IE. 2 sticks or 4 sticks of RAM, not 3.

If your getting an i5 750 don't get an H55/H57 chipset motherboard. Get a P55 chipset, those are meant for the i5 750 and i7 8XX CPUs.
