Well sure it's descent but I get the feeling it's a pre built machine sold for a rip off price. Especially the SSDs in raid 0 are quite off since you should put more money on the CPU/GPU before spending so much on storage. And that many case fans are just going to be noisy.spittisI agree, if it's really a prebuilt, you shouldn't get it due to the probably huge price. Build your own, nice and cheap ;)
this is my friends build he bought all the parts so it's not pre build he got all the parts for around a 1000 and i forgot to mention he got a 1000 watt psu 80+ gold
Very unbalanced. Considering the other gear that is in there, he should have spent more on the CPU. What a waste.this is my friends build he bought all the parts so it's not pre build he got all the parts for around a 1000 and i forgot to mention he got a 1000 watt psu 80+ gold

when buying computers a general rule to follow is never go AMD for the cpu processor. I started following this rule and all my computer problems have gone away. Also you're friend is a duche bag for buying a phenom II x4 and then 2 X SSD (that probably cost $200) and an expensive am3 motherboard like the sabertooth. He sould have went intel cpu plus cheaper motherboard and now that he's regretting he is trying to dump that build on you. I wouldn't pay more than $650 for the entire build.

Why?:?
How strange.
Depends on AMD CPU e.g. my tablet works fine.when buying computers a general rule to follow is never go AMD for the cpu processor. yeah thats true, my x120e thinkpad is also great at what it does. Right now it seems AMD can only be competitive in the laptop segment and even in that they're losing ground to intel quickly.

Intel fanboy.......FTL, i never have problems with my pc and max all games (Except bf3 which is down to video memory i think and has been suggested).[QUOTE="blaznwiipspman1"][QUOTE="ronvalencia"] Depends on AMD CPU e.g. my tablet works fine.jonleeprice

Yep, high texture setting needs 1gb , ultra needs more then 1gb. Also running any sort of AA will add to the video memory usage. Lets not forget the fact that BF3 will use most of your system memory if you only have 4gb. and if you have alot of background apps running this will cause harddrive caching causing performance issues also.Blaze your claim dont hold water, Many have used AMD and Intel based cpu's for many years and never ran into issues because of the cpu brand.
i just showed my friend this forum and he told me he spent 800 (after rebates) on the system, he is sending back 8gb due to it being hardware reserved and he doesnt feel like dealing with his bios to unlock it, besides 8gb ftw. So he spent around 130 on system accesorries , 3rd party cpu cooler, mouse pad, and fans, and 2.5" mounting brackets, since the SSD didnt come with them. and it is a raid 0 but the ssds also costed the same for a 120gb so no real money loss?? they were 2 60s, and it was not a thousand like originally stated it was ehhh 1037 after all of it, but it is 931 with everything rebated and ram sent back. and then my parents are paying 500 for graduation gift so, how you like them apples all you intel fanboys
