trusting jake is like trusting a drug dealer to not plant drugs on you to avoid getting arrested.
this being said the fx-6100 is not a huge improvement over your cpu. in many cases the fx-6100 is alot more in like with a phenom II x6 1055t which emans that its about as good as a phenom II x4 970 at STOCK sometimes worse.
look for an fx-6300 which is as good as a core i7-920. its a much nicer cpu and is often only a little more than an fx-6100
id like to point out for the future that jake456 and solidpanda are both ahrdcore intel trolls and shoot down anything AMD or otherwise.
he would suck off their CEO if he was asked
Ok thanks, wont take em too seriously anymore.trusting jake is like trusting a drug dealer to not plant drugs on you to avoid getting arrested.

AMD is actually working with game developers to help them utilize the power of Piledriver CPU's. When apps are written to take advantage of the hardware, the FX-8350 should surpass the i5-3570. That's only if the developers take the time to patch games for people with FX-8350 CPU's though.. Currently, the FX-8350 is only superior for running multiple apps at once and handling server traffic. But it was made with the server market in mind though, so AMD didn't fail by any means with Piledriver. Hopefully game developers will take the time to optimize for the architecture sooner rather than later...No need to listen to me or anime kid IonusX for that matter.
