I know the story isn't strong, but what did you think about the game as a whole? $17.00 doesn't seem too bad considering it was released in February.

Its so so its better and more stable than the first..It has a huge world an is a decent rpg..Nothing to brag about enjoyed it while i played it..Wasnt one of the worst games ive ever played..Id wait for like a 10 dollar break or take kind of deal like they did with fallout..

Bold on the point I commented on. Saying the sequel is more stable really means nothing when 1 was a complete pile of issues don't you think?

Yet again, the topic is not about Two Worlds 1, it's about Two Worlds 2.I heard good things and it was a good open world RPG. If you like open-world games, you'll like this one. I spent hours researching and getting people's opinions. Yes, the first game was absolute crap, but the second one is a stark improvement. The magic system is intense, and you can come up with absolutely tons of different spells you can create. Think Magicka, but much more versatile.
Here's a decent video review. However, this was for the console version, so ignore criticisms geared toward the visuals.
I bought the game myself.
like alot of other people I think Two worlds 2 is a decent game, altho pretty "by the books"
I enjoyied it alot, and I like how a continent first opens up AFTER you finish the game, which was a fairly smart move, for post play.
The story is laughable, and the game is not exactly a high mark for RPGs, but when I bought it back then for something like 30€ I still thought I had my moneys worth.
You'll get a decent amount of time in the singleplay AND multiplayer, which features a sort of lobby per server where you're in this small area in a town that lets you buy armour and weapons. You can then go on a co-op adventure with some other people on the multiplayer quest campaign or you can also go for Build-A-Village mode.
I have a hard time trusting this one. The first one was the biggest turd sandwich ever. Maybe if it was like 2.99 I would pick it up.
Yeah, this. I'm not sure as to the home country of the devs, but the game is very, very "Eastern European RPG" (which is of a good thing in my book, actually). The story/voice acting is kind of unintentional B-movie hilarious - but the game itself is great fun so far. Definitely was worth $17.Two Worlds 2 really is an incredible game. Lots of fun, and miles better than the first game.

They're from Poland. They made the Earth 21#0 series of RTS games.
I'd say its worth it. I had a lot of fun with the game and don't regret paying full price for it when it came out.
