thq talks pc gaming.. new rts tba in august!

thq has a new rts in the works.. they refuse to comment if its for an existing IP or not but it is an rts and it will be in august danny bilson also commented that next month will see a big announcement by thq as well.. though its not as big as say a new rts.

Homeworld 3 would be just what the Doctor ordered for a bad case of consolitis :P . Unfortunately the way things go with the software industry these days it seems they are too busy giving us what they think we want, rather than listening to what we actually want. Still would be nice if THQ surprised me with a Homeworld 3 announcement.

Interesting, I enjoy both DOW2 and COH, so I am interested in their next RTS.

A new Homeworld would be nice. We shall see.

I really hate it when companies announce that the are going to announce a game! To make matters worst August is half a year away. Why did they feel the need to do this? /Rant. I really hope it's a new CoH title!Peerbreed

Me too Maybe a Cold War era COH or Vietnam, (it doesn't have to be 100% historically accurate, but then again not a single Country's history is anywhere near 100% accurate)

Maybe even a modern Day COH game, that would be fantastic.

IT BETTER BE HOMEWORLD 3. I've played that game since I was 8 years old and was one of the founders of Clan SLS (Apollo[SLS] to be exact). I've been waiting for HW3 for more than 10 years. RELIC PLEASE RELEASE THIS GAME AND MY LIFE WILL BE COMPLETE.

No more garbage dawn of war and space marines. If I wanted that I'd play sc2.

I pray to God that they'll finally announce Homeworld 3. As one of the most unique and epic rts games, it really deserves another iteration in the series.

Ohhhhhhhh shaved cat now there is something that could be erm misconstrued ;) . The software industry continues to baffle and amaze me, just look at this thread nearly every post is "please be homeworld 3" so there is clearly a fair bit of demand for it. Hell along with Homeworld 3 I would love a Homeworld 1 remake, ah to relive the journey to Hiigara again with todays technology.
