Im buying a razer lachesis(Hopefully) keeping my current keyboard + speakers, getting anti static bracelet. If i need anything else please tell me. Btw i don't want to go up in prices for anything so don't pick anything more expensive im already at my budget.

Anyways sorry for all the threads from before this is my last one and then i order, build and post the pics :)

Corsair make amazingly good quality psu's... better quality than OCZ which means even at a lower wattage it can still handle similar loads much better

And i have a question is the Q9400 better then the E8400/8500? Im trying to have my cpu last as long as possible and i heard the Q9400 is better for multitasking, if that's true then ima stick to it unless e8500 has some weird huge performance increase.

the stock heat sink comes with thermal paste applied. usually aftermarket heatsinks come with their own small tube of paste. when i bought my parts i just went ahead and bought artic 5 since it was only $5 and i was already spending 1600. ive heard it is the best so i figured why not. so far cant complain. my i7 920 runs in the high teens low 20s which from what i understand is extremely cool.

and do yourself a favor and come up with the $50 extra bucks and get a q9550 over the q9400, huge jump in performance with not only the increased speed but also the larger L2 cache.

I think they are all compatible. Just make sure your power supply has all the right inputs for your graphics card. (Which I'm sure it does). You also may want to visit Gigabyte and check for yourself if the RAM and CPU you have picked out work with your MB (Which again they probably do).

Agreed. I was gonna say...people are always bashing on OCZ PSUs around here, and I don't get it. I've had one for 6 months, and it's been great.
