I played the demo, and it seemed pretty good, but then I read the GS review and it turns out the whole game is short and repetetive. The score was 6.5 I think.
im currently playing it and i really like it..yes its short..ppl said they finished on 9 hours but hey 9 hours isnt bad in my book..graphics are good..time abilities are very good and balanced.like you stop or reverse time for puzzles ..so its nice..but i had a little extra money thats why i bought it..illl finish it before gears .so if you have extra money besides the money for the other uber november games pik it up :)
The demo surprised me...it was much better than I'd expected. As someone else has said in another thread, I think it's possible this game might be a sleeper hit.

I think that the game is pretty good. The time elements and weapons are the strongest part of the game. While Gamespots review make some valid points; their rating is way too low. The story is non-existant, but the game is fun, even if it is repetative. If it had a good story, I'd put it around the level of FEAR. I'd say it warrants an 8.2
really? I played a little of the demo and have forgot to finish it. I should, also I read the review and apparentlyGS hated it. I might get it next summer but I can't now. I need CoD 4 (probably), crysis, smg, assassins creed(probably)
I played the initial demo, thought it was horrible but the full version is actually pretty good. Graphics are solid, though low on textures, but the weapons are fun to shoot and the time manipulation can be fun. Overall, not bad at all, though it is not worth $50. It is more of a $30 game.

The game is very nice; a bit repetitive perhaps but it's just a nice shooter to pass the time, just run and gun and use some timepowers to give it a boost; it's nice to play a shooter like that once in a while
good game.. and graphics are not horrible... if you have good PC and can run it on mini or max its awesome
but even on low its still looks good
and gameplay is good too

No way...it's going to bomb on the 360 because the graphics are just pure sub-par. I played it on the PC at full settings, didn't look any better. It doesn't have that next-gen look AT ALL. I think i'll wait for Killzone 2 and Crysis.
Great concept and fairly nice gfx on this shooter. They've also brought back the destroyable walls concept that dissapeared a few years back. Essentially the world is in anarchy with martial law everywhere (hmm never heard that one before....) and you are a time travelling, time bending warrior that well, runs around and helps the citizens kill the soldiers. Thats about it from all I could see of the demo. The nice bits involve the bending of time. You can reverse, stop and slow time to suit your needs. Slowing we've seen in many games but the stop and reverse features allow you to do some neat stuff for example. You can stop time when faced with a tank, run up to it, toss a couple of grenades into the barrel, get back to a safe distance then start time again and BOOM! Reversing time allows you to say remove debris that has blocked your path long enough for you to run through before time restores itself. A case of a promising game but so much focus has gone into the scenery and timeshifting that the actual feel of the shooter is pretty poor. Its also extremely linear and you can't deviate from the given path much at all, other than blowing up a few walls here and there.
I just read the review and it sounded good to me, they said weapons are great, graphics are good and the abilities and online were fun. They bashed it for story which to me didn't sound that much worse than in most FPS games, and easy puzzles and objectives which didn't sound too different from other FPS to me either. The 6.5 seemed kinda harsh compared to the review, I might give it a shot once it drops in price.
