My friend just got the original Titan Quest (not the x-pac) and installed it on his Dell XPS M1710 laptop. (For those of you don't know it's a freaking sick gaming laptop that runs around 3k) Anyways he installed it and it worked pretty well. But as soon as he tried to go into an online game or host an online game it says "Network Problems Detected" I was over there and using the same wireless connection (On Windows XP) was able to connect to it with no problem. He can even go into the room to look at the games, but as soon as he tries to connect to one it says "Network Problems Detected"

I googled it but got nothing as far as anyone else having the same problem. But Vista is a relatively new OS. Anyone know what could be up? Or has anyone had the same problem?

Has he already set the Vista firewall permissions?

As soon as I clicked join mp I then tabbed to the desktop and did the firewall permissions that had popped up.

Run it as administrator. I had the same problem with it on Steam.
