Seriously, her personality alone is hot; very playful, good sense of humor...she is like a kitten.

And then she has the ethnicity factor; I love black chicks (Beyonce, Halle Berry, etc).  Plus she puts colored streaks in her hair, and I looooooove when girls f*** with their hair, its like they suddenly changed who they are!

She also has a very athletic look.  None of this curvy, voluptious looks of all the other chicks (I admit I prefer that look but not in a video game heroine/antagonist), but she looks like a swimmer or a runner or something, and thats hot in my opinion.  And yes, she DOES HAVE AN ASS!

You call that an ass? I'm too lasy to post screenshots here, but I've looked for it. Her jeans droop. It's flat. And as far as personality: kitten? She's a geek girl. She is like R2D2 in human female form. R2 was playful, too. She's pretty due to good face-modeling off the actress, but the rest of her... average.

Oh, and Mona Sax is basically Trinnity. Cool? Sure. Hot? Eh, not my type.
