What are the top 5 most realistic games for the PC? Not in terms of graphics but in gameplay, story, and environments. And I don't mean "What are your 5 favorite games with realistic elements", I want this just based soley on realism.

The only games I've played that were actually realistic are Operation Flashpoint and Company of Heroes.
And the latter is still pretty arcady.
WWII Online, Operation Flashpoint, Armed Assault, Americas Army and of course the original R6 series (before they ruined it with the Vegas crap)SuperBeast
Well to be fair the R6 series started to be ruined with Lockdown.
America's Army isn't fully realistic gameplay vise, but the training, weapons etc. all feel quite authentic, as it should considering it's made by the US Army.
SWAT4, again not full realism gameplay vise but the scenarios and equipment add to the realistic feel.
OFP and Arma are obvious ones.
No order:
Microsoft Flight Simulator- Apprently 9/11 terrorists used the software to learn to fly, no guns but you have to admit alot of depth, and there is a NASA expansion comming out for it, hehe get to fly the new Virgin Airlines Protype :D
Railroad Simulator
Armed Assault
Im running out of ideas so I'll say AA:Sp (its not real really though is it, you die easily no more real than other games of its nature, BF2/CSS etc and throw in Crysis/Farcry2 - Not on gameplay but for the Vegetation Jungle/Desert etc - very nice wind animation on the trees in Farcry2 and of course destructable.
