Looks promising but videos don't do it for me alone. Judging from Gamespots previous scores i wouldn't be surprised if it flops. I think a 7.5 could happen.

This is ironic because TB loves SC2 and even now sponsers a newly formed SC2 team called Axiom. The SC2 community (myself included) are quite fond of TB :)

Damn it just goes to show how much i'm behind the times. I didn't know the game released that fast but that's a great score well done Gamespot.

Never really understood the TB hate. Hes okay. As for Dishonored, I think I will pick this up on sale, didnt look good enough for me to spend $60 on. IxX3xil3d0n3XxI

His strong voice and equally opinionated views does cause some decisiveness among gamers... I don't mind him, but I only watch his videos if he is looking at a game I want to play.

Excellent video. I don't get the TB hate either, I don't follow him but the videos I've watched have always been good. "He talks too much"... that's the fcking point -.-

Sounds really great and the fact Arkane made Arx Fatalis (one of my favorite RPG's ever) makes me want to pick it up. The problem is time...between BL2 and XCOM which is released tomorrow (and I already own) I just don't think I will have any time for it. Stealth based FPS games aren't really my favorite genre either. I think I will end up grabbing it in a month or two, though. I hope Arkane does well with the game regardless, it sounds like they really invested their souls and all of their creativity in this game.

Now, for the love of god Arkane, PLEASE make Arx Fatalis 2 after this :D

I watched about 20 minutes of the video. Its very detailed and some interesting points like the chaos element. I just have this doubt in my mind about whether I'm going to enjoy the game because I'd really like to play it in full stealth mode without killing anyone. Does that mean that I'll be missing out on a lot of the game though? They seem to have put a lot more emphasis on combat and tricks for taking baddies down. biggest_loser

From what ive heard you will miss more if you DONT do stealth stuff.

My friend has been playing the 360 version the last few days to review and hes been playing the game pretty much like he use to play THIEF.

How can play how ever you want really, stealthy all the time or like rambo all the time.

Looks like a combination of Thief and Bioshock with a more open world.

Being European sucks so much sometimes. I have XCOM and Dishono(u)red but can't play until Friday :(
