Tracking down an ancient pc game!

Hey guys, back in the day when I was a youngun I used to play what I think was a turn based WW2/element of futuristicness game on the pc. This is what I remember;

You used to command a small squad of like 4 or 5 WW2 soldiers using weapons from the era, it was a kindof allies vs axis thing. But the twist was it had destructible environments (in the sense that throwing a grenade at a wall would make a hole in the wall) and sort of halfway through the game you encounter these like full body suits, almost like mechs that you could eventually put your soldiers in. I'm desperately trying to track this game down and have no idea what it is called! If anyone can help I'd be very greatful!

If it's from 2004 it's nowhere ancient, destructible enviroments also makes it sound like nowhere ancient.

Well, 6 years is ancient if he is 16 (I'm not saying he is), lol, but age is relevant to the person it refers to (to that person that is). Anywho, yeah, environments that are destructible aren't that common. It shouldn't be too hard to find it. Check this list.

If I had to take a wild guess here i'd say one of the Commando games.

Bang on lads, it is Silent Storm. I overlooked that name so many times xD! And incase you're wondering I'm 25, so every game I played seems ancient to me! haha, thanks for all the help! And yeah, a game from 2004 is ancient now =P

Ok i dont remember the name.I just remember the theme and cover.It was a strategy game about wars between humans and hulking robots about the size

of the transformers.U can choose to be human or robot.I also remember the cover.A robot is falling after being destroyed and human tanks and aeroplanes converging on another robot.This is a really good game.I have been searching for the game since a week.Pls help
