In all reality not many people will pay for used games, and stores usually don't pay a whole lot. So don't expect a lot.. I'd say you could probably get $20 for both..

Zero, because you can't resell most PC games, and you aren't gonna get anything for WoW since your CD key is already registered

You're not going to be able to sell WoW, the cd-key is registered to your account. Rise of Legends.....Maybe up to $10 via Craigslist or Ebay depending on what it costs retail these days.

Its not true that you can't sell "most" PC games. And he can sell WoW, as long as he includes his account with it. And if he has some decent characters, he may get some decent money for it.

Its not illegal. It may be against the WoW ToS, but that doesn't mean its illegal.
