Trieng to Un-install steam help !

I keep getting an error message when I try to UN-install steam. It reads "could not open INSTALL.LOG file"

What should I do ?

Well, steam is water vapour but in this case it's a program by Valve that let's you buy, download and play games like HL2. To the TC - Steam was never meant to be un-installed! Once you install it there's no way out!! Except of course if you format your hard disk :P Or just delete the Valve folder.
